All rental rates are for normal use of the rented item(s) on a single-shift basis during the rental period, not exceeding 8 hours per 24-hour period, 40 hours per 7-rental day period, and 160 hours per 28-rental day period.
We charge 10% of the base rental rate unless you can provide proof of insurance that covers rental equipment. Please refer to our contract for more details.
Any reservation canceled within 72 hours of your reservation start time will not be refunded. This includes any pre-payment, deposit, etc. If an issue arises please contact us immediately.
Equipment returned unclean can be subject to a service fee of $75.00 per hour needed to clean the machine.
Service charges for refueling will apply if not replaced upon return to Palmetto State Rentals. Our current diesel fuel rate is $6.00 per gallon.
If you did not discuss this situation with our staff prior to renting the equipment please contact us as soon as possible if you need an extension on your reservation.
We take pride in providing the highest quality equipment in the industry. However, if you experience an issue contact us immediately. We will either fix the issue, provide a like item if available, or adjust the rental charges.
If you plan to use your own truck and trailer for towing, it must meet the proper specifications for safely towing the equipment/attachments. You must bring your own, proper tie down equipment.

Reserve your equipment as far in advance as you can to ensure your rental is available when you need it. A 20% deposit is required to reserve equipment.
Prices can be subject to change. Applicable sales tax, delivery, and other fees may change depending upon delivery address and information provided. Palmetto State Rentals will not be beat on price, so please contact one of our representatives if you have questions.
Renters must be 18 years or older to rent and present a valid US driver's license when you pick up.
